Julie is a folk singer-songwriter based in Västervik, creating music rooted in intimate and poetic reflections on life and the world. Recently beginning to record and perform live, her work carries a warm, reflective atmosphere — shaped by acoustic melodies, thoughtful lyrics, and a strong connection to place.
These portraits were created across two shoots: one capturing Julie among the vibrant graffiti murals for her promotional material, and another documenting a slower summer afternoon spent mushroom picking in the forest. Together, the images reflect both sides of her artistic world — the performer and the person behind the songs.
